All six districts that participated in the Principal Pipeline Initiative maintained all four pipeline components–two years after funding from The Wallace Foundation ended. These district leaders discuss how the pipeline enhanced existing school leadership improvement efforts and why sustaining principal pipelines was feasible, affordable and effective for their whole school community.
